Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below. #PaneerManchurian#IndoChineseRecipe#VegetarianRecipe Visit our Website for more Awesome Recipes http://rajshrifood.com/ Download the Rajshri Food App by clicking on this link:- http://bit.ly/RajshriFood_And Ingredients: For Manchurian: 150 gms Paneer 1/2 cup Cabbage, chopped 2 tbsp Capsicum, finely chopped 2 tbsp Carrot, finely chopped 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped Salt to taste Black pepper 2 tbsp Plain flour 2 tbsp Corn flour Oil for frying For Gravy: 1½ tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Garlic, chopped 2 tbsp Ginger, chopped 2 tbsp Celery, chopped 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Chilli-Garlic sauce 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped Black Pepper powder 1 cup Water 1 tbsp Corn flour+1/2 cup water= corn flour slurry Salt 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped Method of preparation: For Manchurian: In a bowl, add paneer, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green chilli, salt, black pepper, plain flour, corn flour and mix them well. Shape them into 1/2 inch balls. Fry them in hot oil until they are crisp. For Gravy: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, celery, saute the ingredients for a min. Add soy sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, ketchup and give it a mix. Add green chillies, black pepper powder, water and give it a boil. Add corn flour slurry, boil the slurry for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, Manchurian balls and let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spring onions, mix well and our Paneer Manchurian is ready.
